It has been an incredibly long trip, not helped by the political argument from two rows back echoed through the whole plane. Now that you’re back in Detroit all you want is a nice cold beer, or at least a taxi ride back home. The problem is that you had to shell out the last of your cash for some aspirin back at the Miami terminal.
Your problem just got easier to solve. Comerica Bank is expanding its ATM network to 17 locations in the Edward H. McNamara Terminal and the North Terminal at Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
“With so many of our customers travelling for business as well as pleasure, we’re proud to provide them the convenience of fee-free cash access at Detroit Metro Airport seven days a week,” says Michael T. Ritchie, president, Comerica Bank-Michigan. “With our extensive network of ATMs and Michigan banking centers and our mobile banking and web banking services, it’s now easier than ever for customers to bank with us.”
Here’s where you can find them in the McNamara Terminal:
- Near parking garage entrance
- Between Gate A8 and A10
- Hallway by Gate A20/A24
- Hallway Gate A28/A30
- Hallway Gate A34/A36
- Hallway by Gate A46
- Hallway by Gate A54
- Hallway by Gate A60
- by Gate A72
- by Gate B2
- by Gate B15
- by Gate C21
Here’s where they are in the North terminal:
- Across from Gate D17
- Baggage claim

- Near Gate D28
- Bridge to parking deck/ground transport
The machines near the North and McNamara terminals will have the full array of capabilities such as the ability to make cash withdrawals, balance inquiries and transfer funds between accounts.
Comerica’s expansion of surcharge-free ATM access for its customers at Detroit Metro Airport is made possible through the bank’s relationship with Cardtronics, its ATM service provider at the airport.
When you add the 17 new ATMs at Metro Airport to the current network, Comerica will have more than 600 ATMs nationwide and 300 in Michigan.
