Detroit designed Corvette Stingray: “We can take on the world and win.”

Harlan Charles, Corvette Product and Marketing Manager for GM-Chevrolet, says about the Stingray and Detroit, “This car is really representing Michigan and the Motor City. We can build the best sports car, take on the world, and win.”

The entire design of the vehicle is created in Metro Detroit at the General Motors Warren Tech Center and it was tested at the proving grounds in Milford, Michigan.

Ed Welburn, Vice President of Design for General Motors, believes that this car will influence every future Chevrolet design. Watch the video to see more details of the 2014 Chevy Stingray, roaring back to life.
