You can’t help but notice the scaffolds, the construction elevators and a phalanx of dumpsters outside Downtown buildings that were vacant for the longest time.
In the last two weeks there have been some been some big updates. Whether it’s Dan Gilbert and Chrysler making a deal to move Chrysler (and some other tenants) into the former Dime building to be renamed the “Chrysler House” or the multitude of updates coming from the Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP) stakeholders meeting, there’s good news in the D.
